From Spring 2024, Meredith has been a member of the Artistic Department at McCarter Theatre Center in Princeton, NJ. McCarter is a world-renowned regional theatre with two spaces - the LORT B+ Matthews Stage and the LORT C Berlind Stage. In her role as Artistic and Casting Assistant, she has been a part of the casting team for the World Premiere musical adaptation of Empire Records; Music and Lyrics by Zoe Sarnak, book by Carol Heikkinen, directed by Trip Cullman. As well as assisting with the casting for Choice by Wicked's Winnie Holzman, Legacy of Light by Karen Zacarías, Primary Trust by Eboni Booth in co-production with Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, and McCarter's annual production of A Christmas Carol. She has managed Equity Principal Auditions and Youth Ensemble calls for the season as well as assisted with relationship building, scouting, and the day to day operation of the artistic department.
